We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. If they're only the footsoldiers and not ranking officers, maybe you could have them with a lighter armor cloud outfit and leave the heavily decorated and details cloth for the officers!
The more they're ranked, the more their outfit is detailed and will represent their grade!
